📋 Description

• Act as Finance Business Partner to commercial, operations, and product teams • Build and maintain financial simulation models, including business plans, unit economics, and deployment scenarios • Model and present ROI and TCO of infrastructure deployments directly to clients and partners throughout the sales cycle • Own monthly financial reporting, profitability analysis by site or unit, and KPI tracking • Track margin, cash conversion, and payback period • Contribute to budgeting and forecasting • Challenge operational assumptions in partnership with business teams • Analyze manufacturing and deployment cost structures for infrastructure units • Identify optimization levers with industrial and production teams • Prepare financial materials for executive committee, board, and investors • Support due diligence for fundraising or asset financing • Collaborate with finance teams across group operating companies to ensure consistency of models and consolidated reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Proven senior-level experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or business finance • Experience ideally in a capex-intensive environment such as infrastructure, energy, industrials, telecom, or data centers • Excellent financial modeling skills, including advanced Excel, ROI models, NPV/IRR, and multi-scenario business plans • Ability to present and simplify complex financial analysis for non-financial audiences, including clients and partners • Solid understanding of cost and profitability mechanics of physical assets, including capex, depreciation, operating costs, and recurring revenue • Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and rigor in producing finance deliverables under time pressure • Fluent English is mandatory • Working knowledge of French is a plus • Comfortable operating in a fast-growing environment with shifting priorities and limited established process • Prior experience in AI infrastructure, cloud, data centers, or renewable energy is a plus • Familiarity with project finance, leasing, or structured financing applied to industrial equipment is a plus • Experience in multi-entity or multi-country environments with group-level consolidated reporting is a plus • Interest in Power BI, SQL, or scripting is a plus • Prior consulting, investment banking, or private equity experience focused on infrastructure or energy transition is a plus
