📋 Description

• Lead multiple projects of varying size, scope, and duration • Establish strong client relations and manage interactions and expectations throughout the project lifecycle • Create detailed project plans and status reports • Manage issues, risks, actions, communication, and scope across projects • Manage project budgets and billing • Partner across functional teams to deliver the best possible client solution • Lead regular client-facing meetings during key project phases • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships • Serve as the escalation point for customers, delivery teams, Presidio teams, and vendor partners • Support process improvement activities within the service group

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience • 3–5 years’ experience as a hands-on Project Manager managing technical network infrastructure implementation projects and customer-facing experiences, or equivalent experience in an IT organization • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and successfully drive projects to meet defined budgets and timelines • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Experience managing project financials and scheduling internal resources • Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills • Proficiency in MS Project preferred • PMP knowledge preferred; certification preferred • ITIL knowledge preferred; certification preferred
