📋 Description

• Contribute to the development of Prima’s core systems, including ML-driven services, scalable data pipelines, and reliable microservices • Help design and maintain data pipelines for efficient ingestion, transformation, and serving of high-quality data • Participate in the full engineering lifecycle, from exploring data and developing models to deploying services and monitoring them in production • Experiment, read, and share ideas with teammates to stay current with new technologies • Collaborate within Prima’s Engineering team of over 350 engineers across software development, infrastructure, operations, and security • Help deliver scalable, impactful solutions shaping the future of motor insurance

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to break down problems, learn quickly, and test different approaches • Programming foundations; language is not important • Clean, maintainable coding practices • Curiosity for data, software, and ML from coursework, projects, or personal initiatives • Interest in building systems end-to-end, from ingesting and transforming data to creating models and deploying services • Motivation and eagerness to learn from more experienced teammates • Knowledge of Python and its main ML packages such as pandas, scikit-learn, and mlflow (nice to have) • Experience with data pipelines or distributed data systems such as Spark and Airflow (nice to have) • Hackathons, open-source contributions, or side projects (nice to have)
