📋 Description

• Ship features across Reconciliation and Global Accounts • Build and improve reports and dashboards for matching and explaining merchant payments across PSPs • Contribute to Global Accounts and FX infrastructure for holding and moving funds across currencies and markets • Work on the Costs Overview Dashboard to help merchants understand charges • Deploy features to production and monitor their impact • Handle real financial data with PCI, GDPR, and correctness considerations • Participate in the interview process, including an intro call, hiring manager interview, role-contextualized challenge, and values-alignment interview

🎯 Requirements

• Experience shipping production backend or full-stack features, with growing autonomy • Previous experience coding in Python in a modern technical environment • Solid grasp of API design fundamentals • Awareness of performance as usage grows • Comfortable writing tests and considering edge cases and error handling • Genuine care about precision and correctness • Nice to have, not required: exposure to payments, reconciliation, treasury, or FX • Nice to have, not required: experience with data reconciliation, matching, or ETL-style systems • Must be based in Portugal, Hungary, Poland, South Africa, or Romania • Must have working rights in the country of residence
