β’ Design, build and deploy AI agents for teams across the business β’ Create reusable agent skills, tools and workflows β’ Develop multi-agent orchestration patterns where appropriate β’ Translate functional requirements into robust, production-ready solutions β’ Build solutions using approved AI platforms and frameworks β’ Configure and maintain OpenClaw environments and develop Hermes-based workflows β’ Build and maintain Microsoft Copilot Studio agents β’ Integrate agents with Salesforce, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 and approved internal systems β’ Develop automations that remove manual effort from operational processes β’ Build secure integrations between internal platforms and approved AI services β’ Improve agent reliability, performance and accuracy β’ Design technical components that can scale across multiple departments β’ Test agents against real business scenarios and defined acceptance criteria β’ Monitor performance, diagnose failure points and implement improvements β’ Ensure solutions comply with security, governance and data-access requirements β’ Document architecture, dependencies, functionality and support requirements β’ Build reusable components and maintain a catalogue of agent skills and integrations β’ Contribute to Agent Factory engineering standards and best practices β’ Support orchestration agents and the wider AI harness β’ Occasionally work outside standard hours to support events or meet key deadlines β’ Report to the Head of AI Implementation
β’ Practical experience building AI agents, automations or LLM-enabled applications β’ Strong prompt engineering and agent-instruction design skills β’ Experience integrating APIs and business systems β’ Familiarity with large language models, agent frameworks and tool use β’ Programming experience in Python, JavaScript or a comparable language β’ Understanding of structured and unstructured data sources β’ Strong analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills β’ Ability to prototype rapidly and convert successful prototypes into supportable solutions β’ Experience with OpenClaw and Hermes β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 integrations β’ Practical experience integrating Salesforce platforms and APIs β’ Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and agent tooling β’ Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases and orchestration patterns β’ Understanding of secure enterprise AI development, access control and auditability β’ Proficiency with Git, automated testing and deployment practices β’ Background in the events and/or travel industry
