🎯 Requirements

• Must-have: AI Agents & Automatisierung — du baust Agents, die Marketing-Workflows eigenständig ausführen • Tracking & Analytics — GTM, GA4, Conversion Tracking, Event-Architekturen • Marketing-Automatisierung — E-Mail Flows, Webhooks, Zapier/Make oder eigene Lösungen • Grundkenntnisse in Web-Technologien — HTML, CSS, JavaScript • API-Integrationen — CRM, E-Mail-Tools, Ad-Plattformen anbinden • Nice-to-have: Erfahrung mit LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) und Agent Frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI o.ä.) • Next.js/React — Landing Pages und Conversion-Optimierung • Python oder Node.js für Custom Automations und Agents • SQL-Grundkenntnisse für Marketing-Analysen • Erfahrung mit Tools wie Segment, PostHog, Plausible oder Mixpanel • A/B-Testing Frameworks und Experimentation Mindset: Du denkst in Systemen, nicht in einzelnen Tags — wenn du ein Tracking aufsetzt, denkst du an Skalierung und Datenqualität • Dein erster Instinkt ist: Kann ein Agent das übernehmen?
