📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end quality of AI-powered product experiences • Build evaluation frameworks and repeatable test sets to measure AI quality objectively • Design and run experiments on prompts, context strategies, and model settings • Connect AI changes to activation, conversion, retention, and satisfaction metrics • Monitor and reduce AI-related costs including tokens, latency, model choice, and retrieval • Translate AI failure patterns, hallucinations, inconsistent outputs, and weak reasoning into prioritized fixes • Help Product, Growth, and Engineering understand user and business impact of AI changes • Collaborate across the product lifecycle from design and build through launch and scale

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering, AI product engineering, ML engineering, or a related technical role • 2+ years hands-on with LLMs, prompt engineering, or applied AI systems • Proven experience improving AI features post-launch through analytics, experimentation, and structured evaluation • Strong grasp of product analytics and funnel metrics • Ability to diagnose whether AI quality issues stem from prompts, context, model limitations, UX, or data • Strong written communication and ability to work autonomously in a remote, async environment • Comfort working closely with Product, Growth, Design, Engineering, QA, and Analytics • Comfort with ownership, transparency, and a results-driven mindset • Experience with A/B testing frameworks, AI observability tools, or custom evaluation pipelines is nice to have • Hands-on work with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, AWS Bedrock, or similar LLM providers is nice to have • Familiarity with RAG, embeddings, semantic search, or tool-calling architectures is nice to have • Background in chatbot, assistant, content generation, or recommendation products is nice to have • Strong professional English communication required by the application form • Resume must be submitted in English
