📋 Description

• Support outside sales representatives with daily administrative and operational tasks. • Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales documentation. • Process customer contracts accurately and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment. • Maintain and update customer information, sales activities, and opportunities within the CRM system. • Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, order status, and account information. • Assist with contract preparation, and sales documentation. • Generate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics. • Maintain product knowledge and stay informed on company offerings and industry trends. • Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. • 1+ years of sales support, customer service, or administrative experience, preferably in the technology industry. • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics is preferred. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. • Administrative focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
