📋 Description

• Act as a hands-on developer: pair programming, code reviews, and resolving critical impediments; • Monitor team performance and organize feedback to support professional growth; • Participate in software architecture processes, aligning business requirements and technology; • Serve as a focal point for technical refinements, supporting architects in presenting the vision to multidisciplinary squads; • Demonstrate the ability and experience to make decisions when facing impediments or unforeseen issues to ensure project and team progress; • Engage with partners, vendors, and internal teams to remove blockers and ensure delivery; • Ensure best practices in observability, testing, security, and performance throughout the software lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#; • Experience with Oracle databases; • Experience with telephony systems or IVR application development (knowledge of Genesys Composer); • Experience in API development; • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail; • Ability to work effectively in a team and strong communication skills.
