📋 Description

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment across Europe • Develop, post, and maintain job advertisements and recruitment materials • Identify, source, and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, talent pools, referral programs, and other recruitment channels • Conduct candidate screening, first-round interviews, and assessments • Provide comprehensive interview feedback to hiring managers • Maintain the Applicant Tracking System with candidate, requisition, and recruitment activity records • Develop candidate pipelines for current and future opportunities • Partner with hiring managers to understand business and recruitment needs • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the recruitment process and promote the employer brand • Prepare and present recruitment metrics, market insights, and hiring activity reports • Liaise and collaborate with recruitment agencies and other sourcing partners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience • Previous experience in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, and talent acquisition • Previous recruitment experience within the Clinical Research, Pharmaceutical, or Biotechnology industries is an advantage • Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing channels to attract passive and active candidates • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills • Fluent English • Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Must be legally based and authorized to work in the UK
