📋 Description

• Provide leadership and mentorship to our product engineering team • Partner with product and design to translate complex concepts into simple, intuitive products • Develop and implement engineering frameworks and processes that enable team success • Build and scale high-performing engineering teams through thoughtful hiring and development • Drive technical excellence and innovation across the team • Balance team development with product delivery, viewing both as equally important responsibilities • Collaborate across the organization to align engineering efforts with company goals • Establish clear expectations and metrics for team performance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering management experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing Staff Software Engineers • Experience leading teams that are leveraging LLMs and AI/ML products to develop agents and tools • Track record of building 0-1 and shipping high-quality software products • Strong technical background with the ability to contribute to architectural discussions • Experience translating complex domains into simple, elegant technical solutions • A first-principles approach to problem-solving and framework-oriented thinking • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
