• Successful seller: strong track record in successfully closing deals of various ticket sizes in software or SaaS, at least over the last 3-5 years. • Willing and able to personally execute critical early sales - call, pitch and negotiation. • Entrepreneurial mindset: run sales like it was your company and pull all necessary strings to successfully gain new customers. • Empathic listener: identify and understand the customer’s needs and challenges in detail through empathy and listening skills. • Problem solver: anticipate customer needs and proactively suggest solutions. • Open communicator: communicate positively and adapt the conversation to different conversation partners. • Getting things done: work proactively, independently and know how to prioritize tasks.
