📋 Description

• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships with banks, financial institutions, and telcos across key European markets. • Build, manage, and grow a robust sales pipeline, taking ownership of deals from lead generation through to closure, with support from the deal squad, while navigating the diverse dynamics of the European market. • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within retail banking and the credit card industry across Europe. • Leverage your existing network and cultivate new connections across the region to accelerate pipeline growth and convert opportunities into revenue. • Structure, negotiate, and close complex commercial deals that align with Pulse iD's strategic objectives and meet the specific needs of European markets. • Analyse market trends, the competitive landscape, and customer needs across Europe to identify future growth opportunities and new revenue streams. • Contribute to the development and execution of regional sales plans and partnership programs to drive optimal performance and business growth. • Enhance business value and revenue streams from existing key partnerships in the region. • Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing, to ensure successful partnership implementation and ongoing management tailored to European market requirements. • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory developments, and the competitive landscape within the loyalty, payments, and financial technology sectors across Europe. • Represent Pulse iD at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events across the United Kingdom and Europe.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10+ years in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic partnerships within financial services, ideally across European markets. • Proven record of exceeding revenue targets and driving business growth. • Deep expertise in banking, payments, and the credit card ecosystem, including issuing, acquiring, processing, and loyalty. • Experience with Card Management Systems (CMS) is a strong plus. • Established network of key contacts across banks and financial institutions in Europe. • Track record in managing complex deals, building pipelines, and converting opportunities across multi-country markets. • Experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions and knowledge of FinTech, loyalty, and payment solutions. • Strong strategic, analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills, with cultural sensitivity to European markets. • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment and willing to travel across Europe.
