📋 Description

• Build, lead, and manage a team of Architects across EMEA and LATAM • Recruit, motivate, and mentor the team to deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience • Partner with customers, Customer Experience, Sales, Systems Engineering, Product Management, and Engineering • Design scalable and resilient data management solutions tied to customer business outcomes • Manage the Architecture delivery team according to established standards and guidelines • Develop relationships with Sales, Sales Engineers, Product Management, Engineering, and other regional leaders • Participate in pre-sales engagements and present Advanced Services capabilities and value propositions • Oversee technical design architects across assigned accounts and projects • Provide coaching, employee development, feedback, and annual performance reviews • Lead and implement Advanced Services, Customer Experience, and corporate initiatives • Manage escalations resulting from CSAT issues across multiple time zones and languages • Provide regional market feedback to improve and develop the services portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• Strong leadership capabilities and experience across all aspects of Advanced Services • Demonstrated track record of growing a high-quality, multi-country organization • Strategic knowledge of the services sales process and creative business acumen • Competency developing, leading, and inspiring services-focused teams to overachieve goals • Knowledge of key competitors in the data storage industry and ability to turn that knowledge into competitive advantage • Working knowledge of customer expectations for large Enterprise and Global accounts across diverse EMEA & LATAM markets • Experience with Modern Data Experience, Data Management/Protection/Migration, Analytics/AI/ML, Business Applications, Kubernetes, Portworx, and MultiCloud • Ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders across multiple countries and cultures • Demonstrated success leading and growing Professional/Advanced Services architects and delivery teams • Executive presence with superior communication, collaboration, and influence skills • Ability to have difficult conversations • Ability to independently solve complex workflow problems • 6-10 years of relevant experience • Able to travel up to 40% across EMEA and LATAM
