📋 Description

• Lead a full stack development team, monitor team performance and unblock team members as needed. • Provide mentorship and take a genuine interest in the success and professional development of your team. • Passionately architect, code, and advocate for scalability, reliability, maintainability and reusability. • Take accountability for all aspects of the Company's software owned by your team. • Help develop and refine processes to enhance quality and productivity for the team including best practices, testing and code reviews. • Working closely with product owners, lead the development of product roadmaps and facilitate team meetings for agile development processes. • Assist in the definition, development and documentation of software’s business requirements, objectives, deliverables and specifications on a project-by-project basis in collaboration with internal users and departments. • Cooperate with the QA team to define test cases, metrics and resolution guidelines. • Cooperate with other engineering teams to facilitate design, testing, and implementation of cross-cutting projects. • Participate in peer reviews of solution designs and related code. • Prioritize management of technical debt.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of recent & relevant development experience. • Backend: .NET (3.5+ framework) Frontend: React, Typescript • Demonstrated senior-level knowledge with Object Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, Service Oriented Architecture. • Exceptional communication, problem solving and analytical skills. • Experience with agile methodologies. • A strong desire for continual personal, professional and technical improvement.
