📋 Description
• managing the corporation tax affairs for a portfolio of clients • leading and managing a team of corporate tax managers and senior associates • developing deeper knowledge in particular areas of interest such as group reorganisations, BEPs planning and divestments and acquisitions
🎯 Requirements
• ACA, ACCA and/or CTA qualification (or an international equivalent) • good depth of UK tax experience • audit of tax experience is desirable
