📋 Description

• Leading strategic initiatives and managing stakeholder expectations within the digital media and TMT industry • Coordinating and organizing leadership team meetings and calls to facilitate seamless communication and decision-making • Overseeing research and data analysis to support strategic planning and execution • Promoting consistent execution across sectors by collaborating with various lines of service • Utilizing project management skills to plan, budget, and execute projects effectively • Encouraging team development by mentoring and leveraging team members' unique strengths • Embracing technology and innovation to enhance service delivery and promote knowledge sharing • Addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with clients and team members to maintain professional standards • Validating data integrity and compliance within operational frameworks • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency within the organization

🎯 Requirements

• At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree • At least 4 years of experience
