📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Developer – ServiceNow to join our remote team. • The ideal candidate will have 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions, with expertise across IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), scripting, and third-party integrations. • This role requires strong technical leadership and the ability to mentor junior developers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration. • Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM (Discovery, CMDB, Event Management), and SPM (formerly ITBM). • Proficient in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (both client and server-side). • Experience with ServiceNow Integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers. • Familiarity with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Automation capabilities. • Proven experience in handling complex ServiceNow projects and leading development teams. • Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies in ServiceNow environments. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
