• Create outbound calls by greeting customers and introducing yourself and the company • Ensure our customer is heard and not interrupted during conversation or questions • Educate the customer about our processes • Answer any follow up questions our customer may ask to the best of your ability • Collect customer information, in addition to, their specific product and service needs • Communicate simultaneously with our customer and our Dispatch Team to coordinate a convenient on-site appointment. • Input all information gathered directly into our company CRM • Express our gratitude for their time
