📋 Description
• Support with the execution of people strategies, addressing employee needs, and supporting business objectives. • Provide HR business partner support to staff, assist and lead talent acquisition. • Facilitate learning & development initiatives and HRMS implementation. • Serve as a trusted people partner to employees and managers on various people-related matters. • Streamline HR policies, procedures, and practices to ensure efficiency and alignment with goals. • Conduct HR audits, drive process improvement, and ensure statutory compliance • Conduct research on HR best practices and trends.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in HRBP, L&D, or related roles, preferably within consulting or project-based environments. • Certifications in HRBP, SHRM, SPHR, or CIPD is an added advantage. • Previous experience in managing HR operations and administration. • Proficiency in HR technologies and data-driven decision-making. • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on fostering collaboration and building strong relationships. • Ability to manage complex HR operations across diverse teams.
