📋 Description

• Support the Property Development and Finance teams, third-party consultants, and construction managers with construction contract setup and project life-cycle tracking • Provide comprehensive support to Project Managers by ensuring timely delivery of project milestones, addressing follow-up items, and driving initiatives to maintain project schedules and scope adherence • Offer E-Builder support through integration efforts in project development, assist with cost and budget tracking, and maintain up-to-date project files • Provide Workday support by creating construction contracts • Manage and ensure compliance with construction contracts by overseeing contract setup and verifying that billing requirements are met • Manage and facilitate kickoff meetings to train and onboard new general contractors on billing processes, pay application requirements, and system uploads • Serve as key contact for development construction contracts and monthly payables, including submitting breakout payments and verifying contractor documentation • Create and monitor Supplier Contracts and Change Orders for Project Managers across Substation, Datahall, and Shell projects • Collaborate with Project Managers, Construction Managers, third-party stakeholders, contractors, designers, vendors, and Accounting on billing, change orders, cost inquiries, and reconciliations • Manage monthly pay applications, track payments, and ensure timely submission for processing • Submit, track, and route change orders/additional services for projects • File construction contracts, change order contracts, and substantial completion certificates under legal documents in e-Builder • Assist with construction contract closeout, ensuring documentation completion, final payment processing, and proper archiving

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, financing, or accounting; or relevant professional experience • One to three years of experience • Knowledge of construction contract documents and change management • Experience in financial and project management software (e.g., Workday, e-Builder, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud) • Ability to collaboratively work within dynamic and diverse team and environment • One or more years working in a data center environment (preferred) • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization • Basic accounting understanding and applications • Contract management • Project budgeting
