📋 Description

• Source, screen, and prequalify candidates for various technical and professional roles • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process • Maintain and update candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Collaborate with senior recruiters to meet hiring goals and deadlines • Contribute to team initiatives to improve recruitment strategies and candidate experience

🎯 Requirements

• Background working in a process outsourcing (BPO), staffing, or similar industry, preferred, with at least one (1) year of experience • Experience using Bullhorn ATS is a plus but not required • Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal • Confident, professional, and comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone or video • Tech-savvy — able to work efficiently with tools like CRMs, job boards, and social media • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once • Eager to learn and grow within the recruitment field.
