📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain client-facing and internal APIs • Architect and orchestrate data flows across back end services, applications, and third-party systems • Design and manage database schemas and data storage solutions for scalable applications • Lead complex product features from concept through deployment • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks • Contribute to software quality and reliability • Evaluate, integrate, and support third-party services, tools, and platforms • Improve system architecture, performance, observability, security, and reliability • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and knowledge sharing across the engineering team • Own complex product features from design through deployment • Contribute to architecture, data flows, APIs, databases, observability, and platform reliability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience • 6–8 years of experience in back end or full-stack software engineering roles • Working knowledge of Go • Professional experience developing applications and services using Go, Python, Ruby, TypeScript, or C# • Experience designing, developing, debugging, and deploying high-performance client/server systems supporting business-critical applications • Experience with database technologies and messaging systems, including evaluating and selecting solutions based on business and technical requirements • Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and modern CI/CD practices • Knowledge of software security principles, testing methodologies, and engineering best practices • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams • Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and ownership of technical outcomes • Ability to mentor and support the growth of other engineers • Bonus: Familiarity with GraphQL, gRPC, Postgres, Mongo, Snowflake, Kafka, Python, TypeScript, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS • Bonus: Experience in insurance, banking, or investing
