📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics. • Conduct initial technical assessments and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit. • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. • Manage candidate communication, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. • Utilize recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms to identify potential candidates. • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in technical recruitment or a related role. • Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and technologies. • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously. • A proactive approach to sourcing and engaging with passive candidates.
