📋 Description

• Develop, integrate, and test Flight Management System software for military helicopters and aircraft • Work within Systems and Software engineering teams to design, develop, and test software features for flight management systems integrated into military helicopters and planes • Build expertise in software engineering and Flight Management Systems • Apply leadership, communication, coordination, and proactive skills in a dynamic environment • Deliver quality and timely products to internal and external customers • Travel domestically and internationally less than 10% as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a STEM degree and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience • 4+ years of experience with C, C++, DOORS, Ada, and/or Python • 4+ years of experience in a software role • US Citizenship is required • Preference for ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance if needed • Industry experience in software lifecycle development, including design, requirements, integration, and test preferred • Pilot/avionics experience, such as private pilot, aircraft maintenance, or DO-178 certification, preferred • Ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance if needed after day 1 preferred
