📋 Description

• Maintaining, modifying, upgrading, repairing & installing equipment (hardware & software) for QuidelOrtho. • Schedule workload, modifications and maintenance visits within territory to minimize system down time and maintain high level of customer satisfaction, and the KPI’s set by service contracts. • Meeting all designated Customer Excellence goals, supporting customer retention results. • Responding to customer requests for service support and schedules together with the Field Service Supervisor / Service Manager. • Training of customers on their maintenance responsibilities for QuidelOrtho equipment. • Adhering to all governmental regulations/requirements as well as our own internal Compliance and Quality System. • Following QuidelOrtho complaint handling procedures relative to complaint identification, documentation, resolution, and escalation.

🎯 Requirements

• Academic or Professional Qualifications in Electronics, Electromechanics or equivalent experience. • Experience in Medical Devices Industry, with a knowledge of hospital networks is preferred. • Experience in IVDR environment is preferred. • A self-motivated team player. • Interacts appropriately with peers, sales counterparts and customers. • The ability to effectively manage assigned workload within allotted time constraints is essential. • Must maintain technical ability across a wide range of disciplines. • A full driver’s license is essential. • Fluent in English. • Fluent with Office 365 software.
