📋 Description

• Serve as the interface between clients and the development team • Identify customer needs and develop solutions • Act as the point of contact for clients regarding questions or change requests • Ensure quality through testing (quality assurance) • Document internal knowledge • Occasional travel within Europe to support clients

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the travel industry is desirable • Knowledge of reservation systems such as Amadeus Altea, Navitaire NewSkies, or quintessence ASGARD/MIDGARD is an advantage • Experience with Scrum/agile working methods is a plus • Strong communication skills • Curiosity and willingness to ask questions • Strong IT affinity required • English language skills are necessary; further training or advanced study possible
