📋 Description

• Support middle revenue cycle functions spanning client management, medical coding operations, quality compliance, and process improvement • Manage goals, objectives, strategic plans, and policies and procedures for regional hospital clients • Ensure service level agreements are met by monitoring team performance, productivity, and quality targets • Provide ongoing guidance, coaching, and support to the coding team • Conduct daily and weekly coding performance reviews to meet KPIs • Identify and report barriers and defects to customers and leadership • Address moderate to complex coding workflow issues • Lead project plans for issue resolution and escalate key performance barriers as needed • Collaborate with the quality review team to address coding quality issues • Implement improvement plans and ensure staff compliance with performance standards

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent • Active coding certification through AHIMA or AAPC: RHIA, RHIT, CCS, or CPC • Medical coding experience in a healthcare setting, including knowledge of charge capture strategies, pricing modalities, payer contract knowledge, and patient accounting solutions • Ability to use Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis • Leadership experience in a healthcare revenue cycle management position, including team meetings, ongoing coaching and feedback, and annual performance reviews • Healthcare revenue cycle management experience • Active coding certification • Ability to work in a US-based position
