📋 Description

• Manage provider service operations across multiple teams to ensure consistent service delivery and performance outcomes • Lead and develop managers and supervisors to drive team effectiveness and accountability • Monitor unit-level performance metrics, quality results, and service trends • Identify operational risks and implement strategies to improve performance and efficiency • Develop and maintain provider service policies, procedures, and workflows • Collaborate with providers and internal stakeholders to address operational issues

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree and four (4) years of experience in provider services, healthcare administration, managed care, customer service, or with a call center, including experience with mental health, substance use, and/or intellectual/developmental disability populations or field; OR Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of relevant experience; OR Equivalent combination of education and experience • Must have a valid driver's license • Must reside within North Carolina • Must be able to travel within catchment as required • Experience supervision of two (2) or more employees preferred • All candidates must pass a drug test as a condition of employment
