Radiant Logic is a software company that provides an AI-enabled Identity Data Platform (RadiantOne) to unify, observe, and act on human and non-human identity data across complex, hybrid infrastructures. Its platform offers real-time identity data management, observability, analytics, governance, and synchronization to support Zero Trust, IAM/IGA modernization, compliance automation, and risk remediation for large enterprises and regulated industries. Radiant Logic is used to centralize identity data, automate access reviews, detect and remediate identity risks, and accelerate integrations with identity tools (e. g. , Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk).

📋 Description

• Deliver superior technical consulting to customers via telephone, email, and online meetings • Troubleshoot technical issues and identify root causes • Manage customer support cases by replying promptly, collecting architecture information, analyzing logs, identifying issues, and providing solutions • Explain complex technical concepts at both high and low levels • Develop in-depth knowledge of Radiant Logic products and related directory servers, databases, and networking tools • Reproduce customer issues in the lab using the appropriate platform • Test product functionality • Document and report issues to the Development team and ensure resolution • Collaborate with global team members to review customer issues and increase technical skills • Report to the VP of Customer Success

🎯 Requirements

• BS or MS in CS/CIS or equivalent knowledge/experience • Practical knowledge of Java, J2EE, and SQL programming • Good written and verbal communication skills • Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills • Excellent customer service skills and/or Help Desk experience • Language skills: English and French • Working knowledge of the LDAP protocol • Knowledge of databases such as MySQL and OracleSQL • In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems • Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory • Batch file and Shell scripting • Experience with at least one identity and access management technology: LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, or Kerberos • Experience with cloud computing platforms and identity and access management services, including AWS IAM, Azure Active Directory, or Google Cloud IAM • Working knowledge of TCP/IP, UDP, and TLS/SSL network protocols • Ability to trace a packet capture via Wireshark • Experience with containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes
