📋 Description

• Owns the enterprise growth and strategy agenda across the Practice • Partners directly with the Executive Team, Division Presidents, and the Board • Sets long-range strategic direction and leads the corporate planning process • Builds and leads a high-performing strategy team • Translates strategy into executed outcomes across clinical, business, and technology initiatives • Develops the next generation of strategy leaders within the function • Owns executive- and board-level strategy deliverables and drives cross-functional alignment

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, strategy consulting, or corporate development • Experience at a top-tier management consulting firm and/or in an in-house corporate strategy leadership role is strongly preferred • An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred • Exposure to multiple disciplines within healthcare and/or life sciences • Experience with healthcare technology such as EMR/EHR, PACS imaging, or payment tech
