• We invite you to bring your expertise and join us as our new Senior Project Manager. • As Senior Project Manager Energy, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects related to the energy in Romania. • You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to develop sustainable and innovative solutions that support the energy transition. • You will join a global company that leads the shift toward cleaner energy and a brighter tomorrow.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering or a related field. • At least 5 years experience in the energy sector in international projects (eg. funded by EBRD, World Bank, etc). • Solid experience in hydro/ thermal / renewable energy projects • Solid experience in project management, preferably in the energy sector (international certificate in project management required). • Knowledge of energy transition-related technologies and policies. • Strong communication, leadership, negotiation and team management skills. • Decision-making capability. • Ability to lead technical discussions and negotiations with clients. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in project management software and tools. • Fluent in English.
