• Design, implement, and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using the Okta platform. • Integrate applications for Single Sign-On (SSO), ensuring a secure and seamless user experience. • Automate user and group provisioning and deprovisioning. • Configure complex authentication and authorization policies. • Develop custom solutions using Okta APIs and SDKs. • Ensure compliance and security through strong knowledge of protocols such as SAML and OAuth/OIDC. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Okta Experience: More than 2 years of solid experience administering and configuring Okta. • Security Protocols: Strong hands-on knowledge of SAML and OAuth/OIDC. • Development: Experience writing code in JavaScript or Python. • Agile Experience: Experience working with Agile teams (Scrum preferred, Kanban acceptable). • Behavioral Skills: Strong technical problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
