📋 Description

• Build and own the full sales pipeline from cold prospecting through signed contract • Prospect daily through outbound calls and messaging • Conduct discovery conversations to uncover customer pain • Create genuine urgency and advance qualified opportunities • Sell to mid-market and enterprise brokerages • Build relationships with principals, marketing directors, and leadership teams • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder consultative sales processes • Manage a book of business and maintain accurate pipeline stages • Adapt sales approaches in ambiguous, developing startup environments • Collaborate across time zones with Australian and New Zealand colleagues when needed

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced sales professional • Demonstrated ability to build pipeline from scratch • Experience in B2B outbound sales • Comfortable with cold calling and crafting effective cold messages • Able to run discovery conversations that earn the next step • B2B sales experience in a startup environment • Entrepreneurial mindset and go-getter attitude • Able to operate without a prescriptive playbook • Able to read deals, adapt approach, and maintain momentum • Accurate, honest pipeline and deal-stage management • Able to distinguish progressing deals from stalled opportunities • Comfortable working in ambiguity and incomplete information • Sound decision-making and willingness to ask for help • Full ownership of sales targets and pipeline • Must be based in the US • Able to accommodate occasional after-hours work overlapping with Australian and New Zealand colleagues • Must thrive in a remote setup
