🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, with strong candidates often closer to 10 • HubSpot ownership at an architectural level: data modeling, segmentation logic, automation design, and reporting • A track record of tying marketing to outcomes • Channel, partner, or field marketing experience: you have marketed to or through a partner network and moved its behavior • Excellent written communication • Insurance, insurtech, or financial services experience is a meaningful plus, not a requirement
