• Process high volume outbound calls per day • Generate new and repeat sales by providing excellent customer service • Meet sales goals for the month/year and increase sales by cross-selling • Cultivate your sales funnel • Effectively maintain sales and customer database • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
🎯 Requirements
• At least 4 years of experience in account management or inside sales • Professional level English • Experience leveraging CRM-tools
