📋 Description
• Analyze performance, brainstorm ad angles and hook variations, and write new briefs weekly for the editing team • Own creative strategy for brand partners, including a living strategy document tracking angles, performance, and next tests • Monitor platform trends, winning ad formats, and policy changes, and translate them into testable account concepts • Work with 3–5 brand partners at a time • Conduct research, develop ad angles, write hooks, and build creative briefs for editors • Work directly with brand partners and growth/design teams
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of digital marketing experience • Understanding of paid media and content that converts • Ability to brainstorm ad angles and concepts and bring them to life • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Willingness to learn and give and receive feedback • Comfortable communicating learnings with team members and clients • Passion for creative strategy and staying current on what is working
