📋 Description

• Manage email and calendars, schedule appointments with buyers/sellers, and coordinate open houses. • Prepare contracts, disclosures, and other real estate documents with accuracy and compliance. • Enter and maintain contact and listing information in the CRM; set up automations and lead reports. • Handle MLS listings, ensuring updates and accuracy at all times. • Track deadlines, coordinate transactions, and review contracts before submission. • Assist with Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), market trend research, and investment insights. • Manage bookkeeping tasks including expenses, commissions, escrow accounts, and financial reports. • Support negotiations, draft counteroffers, and manage custom contract drafting for unique deals. • Coordinate property management tasks including leases, tenant communications, and maintenance. • Provide training and onboarding support for new team members. • Ensure legal compliance, risk management, and support in dispute resolution with attorneys. • Maintain organized digital files, documents, and reports for seamless operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Real Estate VA, Transaction Coordinator, or Real Estate Assistant or another VA role. • Strong knowledge of CRM tools, MLS systems, and real estate workflows. • Excellent organizational, communication, and client management skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion. • Reliable high-speed internet connection (at least 50mbps) and 8gb RAM preferred.
