📋 Description

• Remote position supporting a growth-oriented consulting professional serving multiple clients across industries • Support project execution, marketing tasks, and client communications • Direct impact on efficiency and effectiveness of daily operations • Project & Task Management, Marketing Support, Time Tracking & Invoicing, Light Business Analysis, User Flow Mapping, Inbound & Outbound Communication

🎯 Requirements

• Oversee and track the progress of multiple projects • Ensure deadlines are met and follow through on pending action items • Assist with general marketing execution • Use AI tools to generate prompts, copy, or creative content • Track time spent across projects and clients • Handle and monitor invoicing for services rendered • Apply independent judgment to move deliverables forward without hand-holding • Offer solutions or improvements where appropriate • Review and assess tools or platforms clients may be evaluating • Provide simple feedback or reports when needed • Create or update user flows based on client journeys • Handle inbound client calls professionally • Make follow-up calls to prospects in the queue to support deal closure • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable • Comfortable using productivity and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GHL, Canva, Notion, etc.) • Excellent written and verbal communication; responsive on email/text and comfortable on Zoom • Can manage ambiguity and make sound decisions independently • Follows SOPs and helps improve them when necessary • Experience in Business Consulting or Marketing Support is a strong plus
