📋 Description

• Own the full development lifecycle of features from conception through deployment and operation • Build scalable, maintainable, and robust full-stack systems • Develop customer-facing interfaces and the back-end services and APIs behind them • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to drive product development from concept to deployment • Lead by example and improve engineering practices and quality • Keep the technology stack modern by staying current with industry trends and technologies • Improve the reliability and stability of production products with a large user base • Ensure uninterrupted service • Support team growth through resume screening and conducting interviews

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience for senior candidates; strong mid-level engineers with 3+ years also considered • Track record of owning and operating business-critical systems • Strong full-stack engineering skills across the React ecosystem and TypeScript/NestJS services and APIs • Experience deploying applications to cloud infrastructure • Ability to deliver maintainable, well-tested, production-ready architecture and code • Strong problem-solving skills, including attention to correctness, edge cases, and failure modes • Experience working on brownfield projects • Strong applied database skills: schema design, query writing and optimization, migration management, and performance analysis • Experience with an ORM such as Prisma and PostgreSQL/Aurora • Sound technical judgment and ability to balance technical depth with product understanding • Clear communication and effective collaboration in peer reviews and cross-functional teams • Preferred: experience or interest in fintech domains such as payments, card issuing, or exchanges • Preferred: familiarity with React Native and publishing apps to app stores • Preferred: active use of AI tools • Preferred: experience in fast-paced teams or startups
