📋 Description

• Conduct daily active outbound prospecting • Build lists of potential clients and identify ideal profiles • Make first-contact calls to cold leads • Qualify potential clients according to internal criteria • Schedule sales meetings with leads who are ready to move forward • Log interactions and pipeline in the CRM • Ensure a consultative, respectful approach aligned with the lead’s stage

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an SDR (outbound + inbound) • Strong proficiency in active prospecting, list building, cadences, and qualification • Solid experience with cold outreach and first-touch conversations • Experience in the education niche is a strong plus (colleges, universities, etc.) • Good communication skills, pleasant demeanor, and ability to assess the lead’s timing • Organized and disciplined work routine • Familiarity with CRM systems
