📋 Description

• Conduct strategic, intelligence-driven outbound prospecting. • Execute social selling processes, building real and qualified relationships. • Thoroughly qualify leads with a consultative approach. • Engage potential clients to understand needs, pain points, and opportunities. • Maintain performance reports and spreadsheets with organization and clarity. • Act as a bridge between marketing, sales, and leadership to keep the commercial pipeline progressing. • Represent the company’s culture and values in every interaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as an SDR. • Proficiency in sales and lead qualification techniques. • Knowledge of copywriting, psychological triggers, and methodologies such as SPIN Selling. • Ability to communicate clearly, empathetically, and persuasively. • Familiarity with digital concepts (social media management, paid traffic, funnels). • Skill in using AI tools, especially ChatGPT, to support routines and scripting. • Impeccable Portuguese; intermediate English is a plus. • Discipline, punctuality, positive energy, and charisma are essential.
