📋 Description

• Build and develop an exciting territory within a rapidly growing company • Manage and advise existing customers, while analyzing and developing established business relationships • Acquire new customers and build long-term customer relationships • Promote and support customers with sales, commercial, and industry-specific challenges • Negotiate and conclude contracts, with responsibility for revenue and contribution margins • Conduct customer training sessions • Systematically plan and follow up on sales activities, with continuous reporting in the CRM system

🎯 Requirements

• Practical experience in field sales • Ideally, experience in the services sector, preferably in waste management • Proven track record in successful customer acquisition and closing deals • High level of initiative, independence, and entrepreneurial thinking • Confident use of Microsoft Office applications • Willingness to travel • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
