📋 Description

• Advise customers by phone and in writing on online loan comparison • Guide customers from the initial contact through to contract completion • Conduct needs analyses and identify the most suitable loan offers • Support customers in achieving their financial goals • Use modern communication tools and digital contract-signing options • Gain expertise in loan consulting and sales through comprehensive onboarding • Receive coaching and support from the experienced sales team

🎯 Requirements

• Initial experience in customer-facing roles, such as sales, telesales, or retail • Open and professional telephone communication skills • Highly reliable and committed approach to work • Motivation for professional development • Fluent German, both spoken and written • Ideally, a completed commercial apprenticeship or business qualification
