📋 Description

• Build and maintain scalable APIs, services, and web applications. • Work across the full stack: backend (Bun/Node.js, Golang), frontend (React/Next.js, TypeScript). • Implement real-time features using GraphQL, gRPC, and WebSockets. • Optimize performance across real-time, high-traffic components. • Develop and maintain infrastructure (Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis, Postgres/Timescale). • Integrate external APIs, services, and third-party products. • Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code and contribute to architectural decisions. • Mentor junior developers and uphold engineering best practices. • Collaborate with QA and product teams to ensure smooth, high-quality releases. • Stay up to date with industry trends, especially in gaming, real-time systems, and scalable cloud architecture.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer. • Strong proficiency in Node.js/Bun and React/Next.js with TypeScript. • Experience with Golang or willingness to use it for performance-critical features. • Deep understanding of GraphQL, gRPC, WebSockets, and real-time communication. • Strong experience with Postgres, Timescale, Redis. • Experience with Kafka or similar event-driven systems. • Hands-on experience deploying and scaling apps with Kubernetes in cloud environments. • Strong integration experience with third-party APIs and services. • Excellent knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices. • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments. • Experience in iGaming, fintech, or other high-transaction industries. • Nice to have a background in distributed systems, microservices, or real-time multiplayer environments and familiarity with monitoring, observability, and performance profiling tools.
