📋 Description

• Support Italian-speaking customers via phone, email and chat • Assist with account, billing and service-related enquiries • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently • Provide information about products, services and platform features • Escalate more complex cases when needed • Gather customer feedback and contribute to service improvements • Serve as the first point of contact for customers • Work Monday to Friday on rotating 8-hour shifts between 07:00 and 18:00

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent Italian and English • Previous experience in customer support, customer service or contact centre environments is an advantage • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Good attention to detail • Comfortable working with digital tools and technology • Customer-focused and positive attitude • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Availability to work on public holidays when scheduled
