📋 Description

• Build modern frontend experiences across campaign management, advertiser self-service, and other AdTech products • Own end-to-end frontend delivery • Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate scalable APIs • Create complex web applications for reporting, asset management, permissions, audience segments, wallet integrations, and CRM metadata integrations • Help shape the Retail Media platform architecture during the transition to an in-house engineering organization • Work across multiple AdTech domains before specializing in dedicated product teams • Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, the Retail Media business team, Backend Engineers, and other stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Strong commercial experience with React and TypeScript • Experience building complex production web applications • Solid experience integrating frontend applications with backend APIs • Willingness to work across the frontend/backend boundary • Experience working in fast-growing product environments • Ability to take ownership beyond strict frontend responsibilities • Experience collaborating with Product, UX, and Backend Engineering • Experience in Retail Media, AdTech, e-commerce, or retail platforms is advantageous • Exposure to CMS, CRM integrations, self-service platforms, or Node.js/NestJS is advantageous
