📋 Description
• Lead and manage multiple complex SDLC projects • Oversee and direct 6+ full SDLC projects • Mentor less experienced PMs • Support other PMs in the organization • Conduct effective project reviews and implement corrective actions • Assume leadership of troubled projects • Manage 2–4 direct reports • Define career growth and initiative expectations • Collaborate with account managers on account strategy
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of project/program management or directly relevant experience • PMP certification required • DASM or equivalent agile certification required • Additional PM skills certification required • Manager Training completion required • 2+ Lunch & Learns delivered • 2+ RED Talks delivered
