📋 Description

• Lead product management for Reddit’s Finance SaaS portfolio spanning treasury, planning, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, quote-to-cash, payroll, and equity systems • Coach and manage a team of SaaS product managers while maintaining direct ownership of selected applications • Set the product vision and multi-quarter roadmap across the Finance SaaS landscape • Lead build-versus-buy and vendor selection decisions and serve as the product voice in Finance technology investments • Define and enforce product operating processes for intake, prioritization, release management, change management, and adoption measurement • Identify and launch AI-enabled finance workflows, including close automation, reconciliations, anomaly detection, and approval copilots • Drive roadmap prioritization using measurable outcomes such as close-cycle reduction, automation rates, SOX compliance effectiveness, and Finance productivity • Establish a transparent demand pipeline and cross-functional decision framework for Finance capabilities • Drive finance transformation initiatives across QTC, P2P, R2R, and H2R • Advise senior Finance and Tech leaders on roadmap trade-offs and strategic direction • Align Finance, Tech, Business partners, internal teams, and external integration partners • Lead diligence to evaluate system performance, workflows, and adoption metrics • Set direction and priorities for product-management domains, coach team members, conduct 1:1s, and build team capacity • Own application roadmaps, intake, enhancement prioritization, releases, and stakeholder relationships • Manage Finance SaaS vendor renewals, SLAs, roadmap influence, escalations, spend rationalization, contracts, and total cost of ownership • Partner with Finance leadership, FP&A, Technical Accounting, Revenue, Treasury, Payroll, Finance Operations, Procurement, Enterprise Architecture, and Engineering • Support M&A systems due diligence, gap analysis, integration sequencing, and adoption planning

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management, business/finance systems, or finance transformation • 2+ years of direct people-management experience • Demonstrated ownership of Finance SaaS platforms across multiple domains, including ERP, EPM/CPM, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, treasury, or payroll • Track record building and running product/intake operating models, roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, release management, and change management • Strong vendor management experience covering selection, renewals, SLAs, and vendor-roadmap influence • Prior people-management experience developing PM or systems-analyst talent • Ability to operate across executive roadmap discussions and platform configuration details • Excellent communication skills for presenting portfolio strategy to CFOs and sprint priorities to engineers • Strong knowledge of financial controls, audit readiness, SOX requirements, data quality, and compliance impacts • Experience defining close-transformation roadmaps, reconciliation strategies, reporting-readiness plans, and UAT strategies • Proven success scaling products and owning business outcomes in high-growth, complex environments
