📋 Description

It’s built on shared interests, passion, and trust and is home to the most open and authentic conversations on the internet. • Reddit has a flexible workforce; remote in any country with presence. • Reddit Ads Team focuses on ads ML platform and multiple teams. • Role Description: Join the Ads team as a Machine Learning Engineer and become a key contributor to Reddit’s business. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our ML systems, from initial research and modeling to deployment and optimization in production. • Responsibilities: Design, build, and deploy industrial-level machine learning models for ad ranking, bidding, and optimization; own ML lifecycle; feature engineering; collaborate with PMs, data scientists, and engineers; improve reliability with monitoring and retraining pipelines; research new algorithms. • Required Qualifications: At least 3+ years of end-to-end experience in training, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models in a production environment; Proficient in one or more general-purpose programming languages (e.g., Python, Scala); Hands-on experience with a major ML framework (TensorFlow, PyTorch); Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams; Track record of using ML to drive KPI wins. • Bonus Points: Experience in Ads domain; MS/PhD preferred; Familiarity with Spark, Kafka. • Reddit is an equal opportunity employer and provides accommodations in interviews.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3+ years of end-to-end experience in training, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models in a production environment. • Proficient in one or more general-purpose programming languages (e.g., Python, Scala) and have a solid understanding of software development best practices. • Hands-on experience with a major machine learning framework (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and a deep understanding of core ML concepts and algorithms. • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers and data scientists, to translate business needs into technical solutions. • Track record of using machine learning to drive KPI wins and solve complex, real-world problems.
